El'stellar was founded by Anirudh Kala on 5 December 2019 with a simple premise: India's next wave of infrastructure needs contractors who treat quality and timelines as non-negotiable, not aspirational.
Since then, the company has built a reputation in Uttarakhand for steel bridge fabrication, PEB structures and civil construction, backed by Class-A registrations across building, bridge, civil and electrical works. A young engineering team works alongside an experienced advisory board, aiming at roads, bridges, integrated rail and metro systems, commercial buildings, airports, power transmission and water and waste management as the next frontier.
